There are more work utes and more older, higher kilometre cars around Midland than in the newer estates, and that changes what gets asked for. Diesel servicing, brakes, cooling systems and batteries come up far more often than anything exotic.

Buying privately out this way? Get the inspection done before you hand over money, not after. It is the one job where a couple of hundred dollars regularly saves thousands.
Getting to you
